Karla Souza: Like many actresses Souza made her debut in telenovelas before starring on the big screen. Her film credits include Nosotros los Nobles (2013) and Instructions Not Included (2013). You may recognize her from the Shonda Rhimes hit TV show How to Get Away with Murder.
Aislinn Derbez: Born into the business, daughter of Eugenio Derbez and wife of Mauricio Ochmann, she began her career modeling. She went on to star in such hits as A la mala (2015) , Hazlo como Hombre (2017), El Cielo en tu Mirada (2012) and Estar o no estar (2015). She is currently heating up the small screen in the Netflix series La Casa de las Flores.
Cecilia Suárez: Also currently starring in La Casa de las Flores on Netflix, Suárez’ past films include Sexo, pudor y lágrimas (1999), Cinco días sin Nora (2008) and Párpados azules (2007), for which she won an Ariel Award for Best Actress. You may recognize from across the border productions such as Spanglish (2004), Overboard (2018) or Sense8 (2015-2018).
Ana de la Reguera: Reguera has been in many commercials and television shows in Mexico, such as: Mujer, casos de la vida real (1985-2007), Al derecho y al Derbez (1993-1995), Llévatelo (1993-). Her introduction to film began in Por la libre (2000). You may recognize her from the US-made films and TV shows Nacho Libre (2006), Jane the Virgin (2014-) or The Blacklist (2013-). She plays Elisa on the Netflix smash Narcos (2015-17). She is also the international face of CoverGirl and can be seen on countless magazine covers!
Kate del Castillo: After starring in telenovelas, she earned recognition for playing the lead role in La Reina del Sur (2011, 2018-). Subsequently, she has worked in several American TV series and had supporting roles in Hollywood feature films. In 2009, del Castillo was appointed Ambassador for the Mexican Commission on Human Rights and the following year she helped launch the Blue Heart Campaign in order to raise awareness and fight human trafficking. You might recognize her as the person who brokered an interview between American actor Sean Penn and El Chapo in October 2015.
